A　Please check the instruction manual. If you turn off the power once and turn it on again, it may recover, but check if there are any abnormalities such as odors and noises, use it carefully, and if it seems to occur again, it may be a failure. 　

A　A sound of the pump or fan spinning like a whirring sound for 3-5 minutes before or after use is normal operation, but when it is malfunctioning, it sounds like a conch shell or a whistle like a beep is heard. It is likely that the fan motor is malfunctioning or the air reservoir is out of balance, so it should be repaired as well as inspected. Also, if you hear a strange sound when ignition occurs, often followed by a small explosion, you may be experiencing incomplete combustion. This is dangerous and you should call a contractor immediately.

A　This is to release the increased pressure so that the pressure in the heat exchanger does not rise too high. If there is constant water leakage, it may be from inside the machine, the tank, or the plumbing connections. The machine will need to be repaired or replaced.
